share thisTAYLOR POLICE: Officers responded to 60 calls between June 22-29.
On June 22, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of South Main Street to investigate a report of a suspicious man in the area approaching children. A reported assault sent officers to the pool at McDade Park. Officers also responded to South Keyser Avenue to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
On June 23, officers were dispatched to a home in the 100 block of South Keyser Avenue to investigate a property dispute. A protection from abuse violation sent officers to a home in the 100 block of Village Drive.
On June 24, officers were dispatched to the Price Chopper on Main Street to investigate a bad check complaint. A domestic dispute sent officers to a home in the 100 block of Center Street. Officers also responded to the 200 block of Union Street to investigate a report of damage to a motor vehicle.
On June 25, officers were dispatched to a home in the 100 block of Center Street to investigate a criminal mischief complaint. A domestic dispute sent officers to a home in the 300 block of West Grove Street.
On June 26, officers were dispatched to the Price Chopper on Main Street to investigate a shoplifting complaint. A domestic dispute sent officers to a home in the 900 block of Union Street. Officers also responded to the intersection of Laurel Lane and Walnut Street to investigate a report of a suspicious person in the area.
On June 27, officers were dispatched to a home on hospital street to investigate a reported theft of property. A domestic dispute sent officers to a home in the 1200 block of Acker Avenue. Officers also responded to the 200 block of East High Street to investigate a report of open doors.
On June 28, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of South Keyser Avenue to investigate a road rage incident. A report of a suspicious man sent officers to the 100 block of Union Street. The man was located and arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Officers also responded to the 400 block of Storrs Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
On June 29, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a disorderly man in the 1200 block of Reynolds Avenue. A report of a disorderly female sent officers to a home on Rockledge Terrace. Officers also responded to the 500 block of North Main Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
