TAYLOR POLICE: Officers responded to 70 calls between Oct. 1-7.

On Oct. 1, officers were dispatched to investigate a property theft complaint at the Riverside High School. A similar call sent officers to the 1100 block of Union Street. Officers also responded to investigate a reported domestic dispute in a home on Davis Street.

On Oct. 2, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported assault on Hospital Street.

On Oct. 3, officers were dispatched to investigate a domestic dispute in a home in the 100 block of Jefferson Street. A retail theft complaint sent officers to the Walmart on Main Street to investigate. Officers were also dispatched to investigate a report of a disorderly man in the 100 block of North Main Street.

On Oct. 4, officers were dispatched to investigate a lost property complaint at Walmart on Main Street.

On Oct. 5, officers were dispatched to investigate an erratic driver in the area of Riverside Elementary. Officers also assisted Old Forge police with the K9 Unit in a home on Connell Street.

On Oct. 6, officers were dispatched to investigate a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Haverford Drive. Officers also responded to investigate a violation of a protection from abuse order. A similar call sent officers to a home in the 100 block of East Taylor Street.

On Oct. 7, officers were dispatched to investigate a harassment complaint at Noakes Park. Officers assisted Old Forge police with a call in the 100 block of Alicia Street. Officers also responded to the 400 block of Main Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident. The driver was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.

MOOSIC POLICE: Officers responded to more than 175 calls between Sept. 23 and Oct. 4.

On Sept. 23, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported assault at the 12 Penny Saloon on Birney Avenue.

On Sept. 24, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of Main Street. A criminal mischief complaint sent officers to a home in the 600 block of Rocky Glen Road.

On Sept. 25, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported domestic dispute in a home in the 4100 block of Birney Avenue. A shoplifting complaint sent officers to the 3500 block of Birney Avenue.

On Sept. 26, officers were dispatched to investigate a theft complaint in the 1000 block of Springbrook Avenue. A domestic dispute sent officers to a home in the 400 block of Hudson Street. Officers responded to investigate a suspicious vehicle complaint on Rte. 502. Officers also responded to investigate a juvenile complaint on Seventh Street.

On Sept. 27, officers were dispatched to investigate an activated alarm on Glenmaura National Boulevard.

On Sept. 28, officers were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 1000 block of Springbrook Avenue.

On Sept. 29, officers were dispatched to an activated alarm in the 4100 block of Birney Avenue. A hit-and-run accident sent officers to Birney Avenue.

On Sept. 30, a dispute between neighbors sent officers to the 400 block of Fourth Street. A reported burglary sent officers to the 1300 block of Springbrook Avenue.

On Oct. 1, officers were dispatched to investigate an animal complaint in the 500 block of Gleason Drive.

On Oct. 2, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of downed wires in the 3500 block of Winefield Avenue. A traffic stop placed officers on Springbrook Avenue.

On Oct. 3, officers were dispatched to investigate a gas leak.

On Oct. 4, officers were dispatched to investigate a theft from a motor vehicle complaint in the 200 block of Main Street. A burglary complaint sent officers to a home on Gleason Drive. Officers also responded to investigate a reported burglary in a home in the 3300 block of Pittston Avenue.
