TAYLOR POLICE: Officers responded to 90 calls between Dec. 17-24.

On Dec. 17, officers were dispatched to investigate property theft complaints in the 1000 block of Baker Street and the 100 block of Middle Street. A report of a man loitering and prowling around homes sent officers to the 1200 block of Snyder Lane.

On Dec. 18, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of South Main Street. An activated burglar alarm sent officers to a home in the 400 block of First Street. Officers responded to investigate a report of a suspicious person at the Taylor Community Center. Officers located the individual who was also in possession of a controlled substance.

On Dec. 19, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported fight at the Taylor Community Center. A report of a stolen wallet sent officers to the Walmart on Main Street. Officers also responded to investigate a reported custody dispute in the 100 block of Union Street.

On Dec. 20, officers were dispatched to investigate a criminal mischief complaint in the 500 block of Jefferson Street. A hit-and-run accident sent officers to the 800 block of South Main Street. Officers also conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of South Main Street. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).

On Dec. 21, officers were dispatched to investigate a custody dispute in a home in the 100 block of Keyser Avenue. Officers also conducted a traffic stop on Davis Street. The driver was arrested for DUI.

On Dec. 22, officers were dispatched to the Walmart on Main Street to investigate a retail theft. A criminal mischief complaint sent officers to a home in the 300 block of West Atherton Street. Officers returned to investigate a second retail theft complaint at the Walmart on Main Street.

On Dec. 23, officers were dispatched to investigate a retail theft at the Walmart on Main Street. A domestic dispute sent officers to a home in the 500 block of South Main Street. Officers returned to investigate a second retail theft at the Walmart on Main Street.

On Dec. 24, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported domestic dispute in the 100 block of Keyser Avenue. Officers assisted emergency medical services with a call in a home in the 400 block of West Grove Street. A reported retail theft complaint sent officers to the Walmart on Main Street.
