OLD FORGE POLICE: Officers responded to more than 60 calls between July 25-Aug. 6

On July 25, no police activity was reported.

On July 26, officers were dispatched to assist the fire department with a call on South Main Street. A theft complaint sent officers to a home on Lawrence Street,

On July 27, officers were dispatched to an activated alarm on South Main Street. A dog complaint sent officers to a home on Hickory Street. Officers investigated a bear complaint on Winter Street. An activated alarm sent officers to a home on Amity Avenue.

On July 28, officers were dispatched to investigate a domestic dispute on Fallon Street. Officers also assisted the Scranton police with a call on South Main Street.

On July 29, no police activity was reported.

On July 30 , officers were dispatched to investigate a bear complaint on Marion Street.

On July 31, officers were dispatched to investigate an underage drinking complaint on North Main Street. Two females were located and charged. A suspicious vehicle complaint sent officers to a home on Lawrence Street. Officers were dispatched to a similar call on Connell Street. The vehicle was located and the operator was cited. Officers also investigated 20 cases of tire slashing through Albion, Williams and Marion streets.

On Aug. 1, officers conducted a traffic stop on North Main Street. Two juveniles were cited for underage drinking. Officers responded to Dick Street to investigate a report of a person lying in the roadway.

An activated alarm sent officers to a home on Villa Drive. Officers also responded to a home on South Main Street to investigate a domestic dispute.

On Aug. 2, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of juveniles causing a disturbance on Stewart Street.

On Aug. 3, officers were dispatched to Sibley Avenue to investigate a criminal mischief complaint.

On Aug. 4, officers were dispatched to investigate an activated alarm on Elm Street. Officers assisted Moosic police with a call on Birney Avenue. A report of a suspisious person sent officers to a home on Fallon Street.

On Aug. 5, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported assault on Connell Street. A harrassment complaint sent officers to a home on South Main Street.

On Aug. 6, officers were dispatched to investigate a stolen vehicle on Sibley Avenue.

TAYLOR POLICE: Officers responded to 70 calls between Aug. 3-9. Among them were the following:

On Aug. 3, police responded to a reported burglary in progress in the 100 block of South Keyser Avenue. They were called to Sampson Street for a reported stolen vehicle. They responded to Village Drive for a reported male in need of a mental health evaluation.

On Aug. 4, police were dispatched to Union Street for a domestic dispute involving intoxicated persons. They went to Oak Street and Fifth Avenue for a suspicious juvenile who was located. They responded to Kennedy Blvd. for a reported theft of medications.

On Aug. 5, a reported domestic dispute sent police to Davis Court. They assisted state parole officers in taking a man into custody on West Taylor Street. They assisted Scranton police with a K9 search for two burglary suspects on St. Ann's Street.

On Aug. 6, police responded to a reported domestic dispute on South Keyser Ave. Police also responded to a reported alarm sounding.

On Aug. 7, police were dispatched to a reported criminal mischief on Harrison Street. A harassment complaint sent officers to Vista Lane. They went to West Taylor Street to investigate a reported burglary.

On Aug. 8, reported criminal mischief sent police to Laurel Lane. Police responded to reported dog bite on Rockledge Terrace. They also responded to debris in the road on Harrison Street.

On Aug. 9, police were called to a large fight on Montage Mountain Road. A reported all-terrain vehicle complaint sent police to Price Street. Police went to Loomis Street and Main Avenue for a reported suspicious person.

MOOSIC POLICE: Officers responded to 105 calls between Aug. 2-8.

On Aug. 2, officers investigated a hit-and-run accident in the 400 block of Hudson Street.

On Aug. 3, officers were dispatched to investigate a harassment complaint in the 600 block of Gravity Road. A criminal mischief complaint sent officers to the 4900 block of Birney Avenue.

On Aug. 3, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of juveniles causing a problem on Main Street.

On Aug. 4, officers were dispatched to investigate a hit-and-run accident on Montage Mountain Road.

On Aug. 5, officers were dispatched to investigate a bear complaint on Water Street. A report of a lost dog sent officers to the 3800 block of Laurel Street.

On Aug. 6, officers were dispatched to investigate a burglary on Birney Avenue. A criminal mischief complaint sent officers to the 4100 block of Birney Avenue.

On Aug. 7, officers were dispatched to an underage drinking party in the 600 block of Stack Street. Officers assisted the fire department with a burglary at Mattress Man in the Birney Plaza. A fight sent officers to a home on Park Street.

On Aug. 8, officers were dispatched to a theft complaint on Birney Avenue. A public drunkenness complaint sent officers to Montage Mountain Road. Officers also responded to a domestic dispute on Main Street.
