Looking for a handmade quilt or blanket? Look no further than the Divine Mercy Parish Woman's Guild Quilt bingo, slated for Sunday, Oct. 14.

Handmade quilts, baby quilts and blankets have been created as prizes. A quilt raffle will also be held at the bingo for a queen-size appliqueeé quilt with matching pillow shams, a handmade afghan and a baby quilt. Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5.

Both admission and raffle tickets can be purchased at the parish office, from any guild member or at the door.

The bingo will begin at 1 p.m. at St. Nick's Parish Center, 320 Vine St., Old Forge.

Admission is $5 and refreshments will be available.

"This is the first time since the churches consolidated," said Lois Fuller, the event's publicity person. "The quilters have done some beautiful work."
